Fibisco Chocolate Chip Cookies

One of my childhood favorites!!

I suddenly craved for one when I saw it in the grocery the other day, so I immediately grabbed a pack.

Love how yummy it still is!! The cocoa taste of the choco chips is so different from the other local and imported brands. I also liked how the cookie wasn't too chewy nor crunchy.

This brings back good childhood memories. :*)

Noodles with Prawn Dumplings & Mushrooms

Another yummy discovery from North Park..

Because I wasn't too hungry but wanted to have noodles for lunch, I got a light order of this...

Noodle Soup with Prawn Dumplings and 3 Kinds of Mushrooms

2 pieces prawn dumplings, 3 different kinds of mushroom, whole wheat noodles served with hot soup

The light order was already very filling. The dumplings were big. There was a generous amount of mushrooms served with my noodles. And the broth was served hot, so that definitely was a plus!

Tipas Hopia

I was craving for hopia yesterday but no Eng Bee Tin store is near our house. Awww, bummer.

But my aunt was a lifesaver... *woot*

She gave us a box of Tipas (Ribbonette's) mongo hopia when she came over to visit.

Let me share with you two of my latest grocery finds which I totally loved...

First: Chips Delight Peanut & Caramel Chip cookies

Peanut & Caramel Chip cookies

Being a peanut lover, this is definitely something I liked. It has a really nutty taste, plus I love the fact that it has quite a generous amount of peanuts and caramel chips added in the cookie. The saltiness of the peanuts balances the sweet caramel and chocolate chip cookie taste. Yummm!


Second: Chips Delight Coffee Caramel Chip  cookies

Coffee is another thing I cannot resist. This isn't just a plain chocolate chip cookie; the coffee flavored cookie perfectly complements the chocolate chips. It surely gives the cookie a yummier twist. How can I say no to that?! Heehee!

A pack (which has 4 cookies) costs around P8.00 in the grocery. Cheap especially for something that is as good as these. It'll definitely be on our list the next time we go to the grocery.

Cheeseburger = LOVE!!

Kenny Roger's is known for their roasted chicken. But whenever I eat there, I normally order their cheeseburger.

You're probably wondering why. Well, in my opinion, they've got one of the best cheeseburgers in town. :)

Whenever you order one, they'll make you wait for around 10-15 minutes but hey, it's surely worth it. They grill they big patty before they serve it to you. Nice, huh?

And this is my yummy cheeseburger...

Whole wheat bun, cheese, grilled beef patty, tomato and lettuce... what more can you ask for? They also put mayonnaise but since I don't like it, I always request they hold it and just give me ketchup and hot sauce.

This is very filling and worth it for P145 (a la carte)! You can also opt to have chips and iced tea with your burger.
