I know their bacon isn't crispy so I asked the cashier to put additional ham instead of bacon on my HBLT. But I dunno why they really seem not to pay attention to instructions. When we got the stuff we had delivered, I was surprised to see this crappy sandwich.
My sandwich only has 2 thin slices ham and the bread. They didn't put bacon (but didn't add ham slices either as requested) and they also removed the tomato, lettuce & cheese. WTH?!
The P80 price tag is so NOT WORTH it! I can make my own ham sandwich at home and it tastes way better than this. Tsk tsk. >:(

there used to be a rumor about it, very bad actually that even if it is true or not, I've stayed away from TSG. They should watch over their people really.

I think and agree that you better make your own sandwich or just buy from some other place that knows how to follow orders.

The way your TSG experiences have gone, I'd say three strikes and they're out! Gourmet sandwiches from Subway and Oliver's get my vote; they're pricier, but certainly have value.
oh yeah, better try at home. sandwich of this kind is better prepared at home..
