My lunch for today-- Oriental Spaghetti.

Simple pasta dish.... spaghetti noodles cooked in oyster sauce with chicken and shiitake mushrooms. Noticed that I added lots of chili flakes, coz I like my pasta spicy! :)

Nothing beats Charlie Chan pasta but this can be a good alternative to it.. just didn't have the nuts and spiciness of Charlie Chan, but some chili flakes can already do the trick.

I didn't knwo that shitake can be paired with pasta. I will have to try it out next time!
