I was so happy receive this muffin from my sweet sister yesterday as pasalubong. The prune walnut muffin has been one of my favorites from Becky's Kitchen (aside from the Swiss Chocolate Cake and Choco Fudge Cake which were equally good). Since we live kinda far from Taft Avenue where Becky's is, we seldom get a chance to buy their goodies.
This muffin made me so excited to wake up this morning... Really yummy breakfast waiting for me.
Loved how moist the muffin was even if I kept it in the fridge (as I usually do not like eating them at room temparature) plus it was loaded with big chunks of walnuts! Oh so good!! :) The prune taste wasn't overpowering too; it was just perfect!
Try it too! Hope I can go to Becky's Kitchen again. I miss the chocolate cakes... :(
