I've been planning to try Pizza Hut's new pasta line so I decided to have my lunch here today. I ordered the Aglio Olio since I love my pasta either oil- or tomato-based and (as much as possible) simple. But I didn't have high expectations for my order... for Php99, I was expecting a small serving that would just have that garlicky taste just like what you'd get from other restaurants. But hey, I was wrong!!
Their Aglio Olio was awesome. Generous serving of al dente spaghetti and the oil-based sauce was packed with flavor. I love that it was a bit spicy (but I still have to add chili flakes since I want it spicier) and you can really taste the mixed flavor of garlic, basil and anchovies. You can have chicken or shrimps but I opted to have mine plain. Made the right decision though coz this is more than enough to make you full already-- even without the chicken/ shrimps!

In fairness to Pizza Hut, even though I"m not a bog fan of their pizzas, their bistro pasta tastes good and are relatively cheap. I love their Cheese Ravioli. :D

wow, for 99 pesos? this is great value for money. i had a similar experience before the New Year. i had pasta in a resto i've never been to before from sheer exhaustion and hunger. and guess what, the pasta was quite delicious. now i'm trying to remember the name of the place. LOL
I love Aglio Olio. Very simple pasta dish. Although I don't really like pizza hut, I must admit they've improved a lot.

wow at P99? sulit! gusto kung mag pizza hut now. pero ang layo naman ng nearest pizza hut outlet. is till need to spend P250 to get there. :(

Hmmm.... now I'm hungry. I also tried Aglio Olio of Greenwich and Pizza Niro. It's really good. I'm a fan of oil based pasta. Healthy kaya you can have as much as you want. hihihi! But my favorite talaga is yung sa Venetto. Lahat ng klase wala akong masabi. Thanks for visiting my site.
