Vegetarian Noodle Soup (from Flavours of China)

I wanted a noodle soup for lunch today and I saw this resto which I've never tried before. I've always seen Flavours of China usually in SM Malls but never had a chance to try it. Since I saw that they have noodle soups available, I decided to try this today.

Having indulged in a lot of sweets the past weeks, I decided to order something healthy--- Vegetarian Noodle Soup. I read the description and saw that it has tofu too! I love tofu... okay, I'm gonna try this!

While waiting for my order, they gave free shrimp crackers. Didn't try it though since I was too busy tinkering with my iPad when I found out that they have a free wifi spot there. When my order arrived, I was happy with what I saw. Generous servings of veggies-- string beans, mushrooms (I love this too!), pechay, topped with tofu. Looking so yummy, huh?

This noodle soup didn't disappoint me. It wasn't too oily (unlike the disappointing noodle soup I had in Mongkok in Glorietta), the egg noodles wasn't soggy, veggies were crisp and fresh! One order for P110 was definitely worth it. :)

Very healthy yet so filling... I'm so satisfied with my yummy and guilt-free lunch.

Their noodles are good enough, I remember BF and I have tried the assorted seafood noodle soup and the sharksfin noodle soup. Too bad their branch in SM Fairview closed though.

I tried Flavours of China late last year, a first time and I can still remember the taste of fried rice with like a fish roe to it. Try it!

While I'm not that big a fan of Flavours of China, their noodle soups are always good.

I more fun with fried noodles. When i order noodle soup, i eat what's in and leave out the soup. Am not a soup person much.

Hopping from Food Trip and TBE!
