I've written about this before and this is one of my favorites!
* Rose Bread with Ube
I really love anything with ube. The ube filling they used tasted like the one in their ube hopia.
* Mongo Bun
This is their version of mongo ensaymada. I like that it wasn't smothered with margarine and had grated cheese on top. It also had a generous amount of mongo filling! Not bad for P25.
Too bad the hopia wasn't available yet when I went there. But anyhow, you'll surely never go wrong with Salazar's Bakery.

my MOST favorite from Salazar bakery is their kuchay pork pie. i wish they open another branch.
I love going to salazar too. whenever I get off from mrt cubao, madalas ako sa salazar. My favorite is their ring bread. Masarap din yung fortune cake nila. :)
