Mushroom Melt

First time to eat at Elbert's Cheesesteaks so I ordered this...

Sauteed mushrooms, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions and lettuce on whole wheat roll
MUSHROOM MELT!

A healthier (errr, lesser guilt) alternative to their burgers, steak or meatball hero sandwiches but still tasted good. Loved it with hot sauce and mustard!

It looks scrumptious, but it seems to be lacking in the cheese department. A proper mushroom-melt should ooze cheese over mounds of mushrooms, beef, and caramelized onion. Sinful, yes, but that's the way it SHOULD be.
