Mediterranean Pasta Salad-- fusilli noodles, greens, olives, tomatoes, walnuts, topped with waffle croutons, bacon bits and alfaalfa sprouts.
This originally came with Western mayonnaise dressing but since I hate mayonnaise, I requested that they serve it with vinaigrette on the side instead. Thank God they were accommodating enough and followed my request.
This pasta salad was yummy but healthy and guilt free. I added just a bit of the vinaigrette yet it didn't taste bland. My favorite was the walnuts which added crunch and the fresh greens and tomatoes served with the noodles.
My friend ordered Pork Vienna and we were surprised how big the serving was! It was served hot so the pork was still crunchy, but she took home some since she wasn't able to finish it.

glad to hear you enjoyed your meal at Pancake House. i go there for pancakes...a few times i tried their salad and roast beef (i think), they were OK. but their servings were too small for the price. Texas Roadhouse is a better deal.:p

I love Pancake House maybe because it has been a family restaurant for us for so many years already.
