So it's been a long time since I've first read about this diner/ restaurant in Greenbelt and I was curious since people are raving about it.
The place was very colorful and seems like the vibe is really lively and fun!
I wasn't really starving and I know their servings are big. I chose something from the menu that isn't too heavy but filling enough for my appetite. And since I love chili and anything spicy, this was my pick...
A Bowl O' Chili (P295)
It's the good ol' chili soup with beans and instead of using ground beef, they used big, tender chunks of sirloin! It also came with cheese and sour cream, plus tortillas and jalapeno on the side. Comfort food indeed! :) I loved it.
Mom got a bowl of Whole Clam & Potato Chowder soup which I think she liked too!
We're going back next time to try the real meals. I think we should be really hungry next time to fully enjoy the dining experience.

We love Mr. Jones, we actually celebrated my son's b-day there last summer, better be hungry when visiting the place, their burgers are a must-try. I never tried their chili though but Chihuahua Mexican Restaurant has the best should I say...
