It's stir-fried flat noodles with veggies, chorizo bits and topped with lechon kawali. You can opt to replace the lechon with chicken or seafood.
But unfortunately, we didn't find it that good. :( It's a bit bland for our taste... seems like something's lacking so we just had to put more calamansi for added taste. Mom added some seasonings when she reheated the leftover for breakfast to make it taste better. Well I guess, we'll have to stick to our old favorites next time!

I still haven't seen their branch here in Metro Manila, but I do hope to eat there next year... I want to taste their version of the Pancit Hab-Hab.

@pinx: yup that's the topping they put in their pancit. but you can change to chicken or seafood if you want a healthier one.
