Glad to finally get a chance to drop by Red Ribbon to buy a whole regular sized cake. Best thing is it's 20% off! I paid only P416, instead of P500+... Cooooool!!
I really love ube-flavored so this one is definitely getting a thumbs up from me. I liked the fluffy ube chiffon cake with cream frosting in the middle and on top. The ube crumbs covering the cake was yummy as well! Beware: this cake isn't that sweet at all which makes you want to have more than one slice. :) I think this will be even yummier if it has macapuno on top or in between the cake's layers.. Mmmmm!!
I really wanted to try the ube roll from Max's Corner Bakery but it was out of stock when I went yesterday.
