Corned Beef Omelette

After hearing a lot of raves on this new "Bev-wich" place in Makati, I got a chance to drop by Brew-Kus last Wednesday. My friends and I scheduled to go there for lunch and try what they can offer.

Everything on their menu seem so yummy. This place is perfect if you're looking for comfort food.

My pick for that day is the Ranchero Omelette-- 3 eggs filled with a hefty serving of corned beef and served with toast and hashbrown (or rice).

I'm giving two thumbs up for this! It's quite big and can be shared if you have a small appetite or have other orders from their menu. Fluffy omelette and tasty corned beef-- who wouldn't love that?! :) I didn't get to taste the potatoes anymore coz I'm already so full. Hahaha.

My friends ordered other dishes (which I wasn't able to take a picture of.. sorry!) and here's what they have to say:

* Seafood Pasta- two of my friends ordered this and both were satisfied! Serving was big and they loved the spicy flavor. They didsn't scrimp on the shrimps and squid rings too.
* Grilled Vegetable & Mozzarella Sandwich- my friend's healthy pick. She liked that it was tasty and packed with flavors even if it was all veggies. It's served open-faced on focaccia bread.
* Pico de Gallo and Chicken Sandwich- this is on my must-try list next time. Two of our friends ordered this. It looks so flavorful because of the mix of the filling. Grilled diced chicken, salsa, pineapples, onions and lots of melted mozzarella cheese sandwiched on ciabatta.


I'm definitely going back to try the pasta and sandwiches! Also on my list of must-try dishes are their more "sinful" food like griddlecakes and stuffed french toasts which is one of their specialties.
