Jamba Juice

I was craving for a cold drink last night... blame it on the hot weather! It was a toss between Caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks or a smoothie from Jamba Juice. Since I was in the mood for something healthier, I picked Jamba Juice. Since there was a lot of people in the store, I opted to just have it for take-out.

Looking at the menu, I cannot decide what to pick. The Jamba Juice staff recommended Acai Supercharger Smoothie.

This drink has acai berries blended with soy milk, strawberries, blueberries and raspberry sherbet. Acai is considered to be one of the top superfoods in the world. Rich in antioxidants, loaded with vitamins, fiber and calcium. Healthy, right?

I absolutely loved this drink! I liked the mixed taste of the berries and plus points that it was a bit sour. Indeed a proof that it wasn't full of asugar or any sweeteners and they used real fruit.

I guess I found a new favorite. Yummy and guilt-free. :*)
