This caught my attention in Mini Stop so I decided to be adventurous and try it.
Orange siopao???
OK, this is what they call PIZZA PAO. As described in their website, it's steamed smooth dough filled with ham, cheese and pizza sauce.
It didn't taste that bad.. actually it kinda tastes like pizza. The dough has a certain taste but I'm not sure if it was really filled with ham and cheese. The filling looked (and tasted) like spaghetti sauce without the ground meat. A bit weird. Anyway, I don't think I'm ordering this again. I'd stick to the usual bola-bola or asado siopao.

I've never heard of this yet, but maybe 'cause it's been so long since I've last visited a Mini Stop! haha.. Anyway, I think I'd skip this if I see it in the convenience store.
wow may gnito pala sa mini stop? aw .. must try
i think they didn't think this through. :P i love mini stop's chicken and the bola-bola siopao!
kung ano-ano naiisip nila hehehe
Looks new. Haven't seen that before. =)
There's a stall in SM MOA that sells gourmet siopao. It's ok naman and it's a nice experience if you're looking for something new to try. Nasa side sya ng SM Dept store before crossing over to the Science Center (if it's still there pa.) =)
That looks interesting but just like you, I'll stick with bola-bola and asado as well :)
@Tin: I think that's Gourmet Pao? That one's good! :D love the tuna pao and the pesto-veggie pao, both in wheat buns :D
I prefer their kariman (which i teasingly call karimadon) kaya lang parang kulang ung filling.
if i really am in the mood for a big siopao, the one at Emerald Garden is big enough for lunch and snack, he he he
Ahehehe... napaka-creative talaga ng Pinoy!
Kakaiba yan ah! I will try din siguro out of curiousity.
Ma-try nga rin yan....
I tried this, lasang pizza nga, medyo weird but it's ok.
If you say it isn't good, then I won't order this at Ministop. Thanks for the heads-up!
