Rodic's Tapa

Aside from Sinangag Express, Rodic's is a slightly new favorite go- to place for my tapsilog fix.

Their tapa is shredded on top of fried rice and served with a sunny side up. The beef is very tasty and best paired with spicy vinegar. Yummmm!!

Where is Rodic's Tapa located? Tapsilog is my favorite! Tried Sinangag Express a couple of times and I loved it!

i miss tapsilog. we used to frequest that tapsihan in kawit, cavite called Hidden Tapsihan. Open 24 hours a day, even during Good Friday, it is never empty at any given time.

i think they also have a branch near bacoor but is not hidden because it's found on a main road

It's been quite a while since I've last had tapsilog. Now, you're making me crave!

Hay...tapa. I don't eat tapa much when I'm in Manila pero now that I'm here in SG, I'm looking for it. Familiarity lang, I guess. Hehehe! =)

I am not from UP (but Lynne is), but when I tasted this just a few days after our wedding, oh man I was hooked!

I love that they have a branch in Makati :)
