Chicken Mushroom Noodles... once more!

It's my second time to have the Chicken Mushroom Noodle Soup from MeyLin. A snack size order is P110.00 and it's really filling. It has steamed chicken chunks, mushrooms and strips of egg with handpulled noodles and soup.

I liked it better the first time I tried it. I noticed that when my order was served, the soup was too oily and the chunks of chicken wasn't all meat; had some skin and fatty parts unlike the first time I ordered it.

I think, next time I'd stick to the Adobo Egg & Tokwa noodles that I usually order.

I adore these and I don't find them too fatty. (The again, I've always been a dark-meat-only sort of person where chicken is concerned!) The broth is very rich and the noodles are perfectly bouncy and toothsome.
