Hecky's Lechon

Hecky's Lechon boasts of its Cebu-style lechon but healthier since it's oven baked. This made us interested to try it (hoping it's indeed "healthier", LOL!).

This order is 100g and costs P85.

Since I don't eat the skin, I gave it to my sibling and she loved it. I just enjoyed the meat itself. It was tasty but I still like it with the lechon sauce. However, I noticed they didn't have one available; they only had soy sauce, sili, and vinegar as condiments. The lechon wasn't too oily too as compared to the others.. now that's a good thing!

They also had value meals and a wide array of viands like sisig, igado, dinuguan, paksiw, pancit, chopsuey and everything has lechon in it! We'll try these next time.
