Would you believe, it's my first time to try moussaka. I've been seeing it everytime I go to Go Greek or Cyma but I always end up buying gyros or lemon chicken. Yesterday, I finally got a chance to try it.
Moussaka is composed of layers of ground meat and eggplant topped with bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese.
This tasted good. I like how flavorful the layers of meat and eggplant was! But since I don't like anything too cheesy or with white sauce, I tasted only a bit of the bechamel sauce and scraped it off. It makes the dish nakakaumay.
What's left was only the meat and eggplant.. now I enjoyed the dish better! :) A slice would make you really full after. Not bad for P115! :)

I haven't tried moussaka yet.. Actually, I haven't tried any Greek restos yet! XD Will try to visit a Go Greek or Cyma branch soon so I can give Greek food a try.. ^^
you can try cafe mediterrenean, tama lang ang bechamel sauce.
I'm actually hesitant to try go greek's, but now I will.
i don't like eggplant but i was able to enjoy this at mano's greek taverna. but this one is more affordable.
Ako namn gusto ko ma cheese. Sasusunod bigay mo na lang sakin yung ibabaw. hehehe!
greek food, now this i have yet to try. i find the price a bit discouraging though, i find it too expensive for comfort.

try the moussaka of Uncle Mo's in Ortigas, it really tasted to great! =)) now I'm craving!
