I loved their fries. It was newly cooked when it was served. The fries was crispy but not too dry unlike those from other fastfood chains. Love it unsalted and dipped in lots of ketchup!
Mom ordered a regular BBQ Grill Singles Burger meal which came with fries, drink and a free sundae. My sister chose her favorite, 5-pc. Chicken Tenders with Fries. They both enjoyed it as well.

My son loves Burger King's french fries, too, but I prefer their onion rings.
