Pollo Rosmarino Sandwich from The Sandwich Guy

I wasn't satisfied with their pasta but TSG a second chance and tried their sandwiches. Since I was craving for grilled chicken sandwich, I ordered their Pollo Rosmarino sandwich.

Rosemary chicken with a couple of slices of lettuce, cheese, tomato and cucumber on toasted wheat bread.

 

It's better than their pasta, definitely. I asked that they don't put mayonnaise, instead use mustard as dressing. I liked how the mustard complemented the steamed rosemary chicken filling; I wish they would add more of the veggies though.

What I didn't like is the slow service in their store. The staff aren't too attentive also especially when you have special requests. You really have to watch while they make your sandwich so you're sure they follow your requests or special instructions. Tsk, tsk. I hope their management will do something about this.
