Puto Pao

Puto Pao from Nathaniel's (the one on top) and Susie's (on separate styro)

I tried two kinds of puto pao today--one from Nathaniel's and the other from Susie's Cuisine.

closer look at Nathaniel's puto pao (P18)
Puto Pao from Susie's Cuisine (P50/ pack of 6)

puto paos from Susie's Cuisine (left) and Nathaniel's (right)
In my opinion, Nathaniel's tasted better than the one from Susie's. The dough was softer & not dry even if you don't steam it before eating. The filling was really like the asado siopao; it had real chunks of meat unlike the one from Susie's Cuisine.

This is not something I'd crave for often though. I think I'd rather eat them separately-- just the regular siopao or puto.

sa mga siopao--I am very particular sa dough, dapat malambot kasi nilalaro-laro ko yan . ayoko nung paerang bato lang.hahaha
